1. Simply select a doctor from the Doctor’s Office Page, on doing so, you would be directed to their Live Person Profile page, click Chat Now to begin your live session. This chat is like any other online messengers like AOL, Yahoo, Google Talk, Our chat being completely secure and private.

When does the paid consultation time begin?

1. When you enter your billing information and begin chat, this is a "Free Mode" that is an uncharged time where you can ask your question to the doctor, you are charged only after you click "Hire Expert" button when the doctor starts answering your query.

How much do I need to pay for this service?

1. Typically, you are charged the doctor’s consultation rate after you click the hire button, simple issues usually take less than 5 minutes, if a doctor’s consultation rate is 2 $ /min, this comes to 10 $ for an instant consultation with a specialist doctor.

Why is this so cheap?

1. Our doctors have their own medical practice in the "real world" most of them do this as a hobby and to build their virtual "reputation" with the positive feedback ratings from their virtual clients.

Do you offer any discounts?

1. Yes! We do, First time Clients get a 10 $ discount coupon by entering the discount code "10forme" when prompted for codes. This promotion is bound by certain conditions.

Is my chat session completely Private?

1. Yes. We never compromise on privacy; the contents of your session are visible only to the doctor you talk to and you.

Can I review my online session?

1. Yes. Your chat or email consultations are saved in your Live Person account and can be reviewed, printed or emailed for future reference.

What if I am not satisfied with a consultation?

1. If you select a doctor with a good feedback rating over a lot of sessions, you should be satisfied with the consultation. In spite of this, if you are still unhappy, you can always contact Customer Service for a refund.
